Creates an image with the specified dimensions and params.

Parameters
widththe width of the image
heightthe height of the image
countthe number of metaballs to be generated.
rad_minthe minimum radius of a metaball normalized to (0, 1).
rad_maxthe maximum radius of a metaball normalized to (0, 1).
