Wrapper for GL objects with name 0 (zero)

Depending on the object type (specified by ObjTag) the semantics is either "no-object" (for example NoBuffer, NoRenderbuffer, etc.) or "default-object" (for example DefaultTexture or DefaultFramebuffer).
